Motel

The motel is just like a home away from home ($50 per night, multiple dog discounts available). Puppies are housed in a replica bedroom and get to play all day in the day care (rest time is provided), with their friendship groups and then at night sleep in a doggy bedroom again with their friend group. Think school camp!!!

We have a full-time live-in manager and day care attendants during the day. All new clients that wish their puppy to stay in the motel need to have a full day of day-care prior to stay, so they get comfortable in the environment, and we make sure they are a good fit for the motel.

Once you have completed the full day of day-care and filled out the requirements in your online portal and supplied vaccination certificates, we can organise your booking. A 50% deposit is required (this comes off your bill at check in). Please see other terms and conditions for cancellation and refund policies.

We supply dry food and treats but if you would like your puppy to have anything other than that you are welcome to bring it along.

Day-care

Our day-care runs Monday to Friday 7am – 6pm, Saturday 8am – 4pm and Sunday 10am – 4pm.

It is $45 per casual day with multi day booking discounts available. We also do 10 visit passes. We have day-care attendants that supervise the dogs all day and set up activities depending on the groups and activity areas. The puppies get time to socialise, but rest times are also provided.

Depending on the puppies we split them into appropriate groups, and this can be big and small or temperament groups, but we also listen to what our owners prefer.

All puppies need to be fully vaccinated and good in social situations.

All overnight stays (excluding Xmas and Easter) require a 50% deposit before booking can be confirmed. 

A credit will be applied to your account for any cancellations received outside of 24 hours. No credit will be supplied for bookings cancelled within 24 hours. All cancellations must be received in writing. 

Christmas and Easter bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. 

A credit will be applied to your account for any cancellations received outside of 5 days. 

No credit will be supplied for bookings cancelled within 5 days of Xmas or Easter unless booking is filled ($100 admin fee applies).
