Grooming

• Super regular grooming if you book in a service within 3 weeks from your previous booking and attend we issue a discount of $10 off the booking amount.
• Late Fee: if you more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, we can’t alway guarantee we can do this but if we can squeeze them in for there service an additional fee will be applied 
• Matting Fee: Very overdue for a groom results in matting depending on the severity of the matting will result in an additional fee being applied 
• Daycare: If you dog’s service provided is completed and they are here for more than a set time (normally all day) an additional fee of $25 for a 1/2 day of daycare will be added to there booking. 
• Additionally Handling: If your fur baby is difficult to handle and requires the assistance of a second groomer a handling fee will be added to the service depends on the difficult level varies between $10-$20 

Motel and Kennel Cancellation terms and conditions.

All overnight stays (excluding Xmas and Easter) require a 50% deposit before booking can be confirmed.

A credit will be applied to your account for any cancellations received outside of 24 hours. No credit will be supplied for bookings cancelled within 24 hours. All cancellations must be received in writing.

Christmas and Easter bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.

A credit will be applied to your account for any cancellations received outside of 5 days.

No credit will be supplied for bookings cancelled within 5 days of Xmas or Easter unless booking is filled ($100 admin fee applies).
